Great location, easy to anywhere around Hoan Kiem lake, rooms are clean, air conditioning is working well, hot water shower is also working fine, a bit squeezed at the breakfast area especially during peak hours 0730-0800, overall good value

Great place to stay in the heart of Hanoi, close to all the wonderful sights, restaurants, cafes and bars. Staff are friendly and welcoming, daily room service which makes it pleasant. They also have a spa and restaurant on the 13th and 14th level, which are both nice.

The staff are all so friendly Our room was very nice and clean, we were on the 10th floor, it had a great view Good roof top bar with a view The best part was the morning buffet, but go early, it did run out of fruits, may because while we were there, some guest grabbed plates of Delicious Mangoes

Staff really made this accomodation shine. The bed was super comfy as were the pillows! But our “suite”was much smaller than expected and bathroom supplies extremely basic. But it was clean and in a great location and for the price, would definitely revisit … staff could not have been more sweet and helpful. Foot massage in the spa was a real knockout! Wished I’d gone back for more!!

The room was very small, as expected for Hanoi old quarter, but very convenient location. Had trouble and frustrated with flushing the toilet.
