The is secure parking for one car on site and cycle storage is available. Guests are welcome to enjoy the wonderful countryside views from a private balcony accessed from the lounge area. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed or the balcony can simply be used as somewhere to relax with a good book! The property is located in a very quiet and picturesque village situated near the medieval market town of Bishops Waltham which has an abundance of shops including bakery, greengrocer, butcher, supermarket and weekly Farmers’ Market. The historic city of Winchester is only 11 miles away where you can visit the cathedral or browse the boutiques off the high street. There are several pubs in the village within walking distance to the property, all of which have good food available. There are also restaurants in Bishops Waltham and the surrounding area only a short drive away. The village and local area has an abundance of walks and cycle trails for all abilities to enjoy and is very close to the South Downs National Trail (classed as an area of outstanding natural beauty).
