Hotel was decent but we were disappointed with a few things in the room. 1) No extra blankets. We arrived late at night exhausted, immediately got into bed and realized we needed an additional blanket. Called the desk to ask for a blanket and the only way to get it was to go to the front desk. Given that I was already in my pajamas and exhausted, I opted to wait to get the blanket until the next day. 2) Soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower were empty or not working. Thankfully we packed our own, otherwise we would have been up a creek. 3) The bathroom mirror light did not work. We had to use the desk light to light up the bathroom vanity area. 4) Overall musty smell from bathroom. We kept the bathroom fan on most of the time to alleviate this. Fridge and microwave were helpful. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Not a terrible stay, not a fantastic stay.

The room was clean but there was no plug for the bathtub to take a bath the pool was freezing the coffee at 7:00 p.m. was cold and from breakfast and the parking lot and too many people leaving within 3 minutes of getting there back and forth back and forth every 3 minutes kind of scary walking into the building at night

Microwave didn’t work and every time refrigerator turned on it kicked tv and lights off. Outlets were not safe.

No instructions for the TV. Only emptied wastebaskets once during my 6 day stay.

The beds were comfortable. Hotel staff was nice. Room was not cleaned the 4 nights we were there. Bathroom smelled like urine and there were urine stains on the white seal on the bottom of the toilet. Fan in the bathroom was obnoxiously loud and came on when you turned light on. Paint was peeling from the bathroom walls. Towels were not changed at all nor was trash emptied during our stay. No coffee pot in room. Breakfast was ok but pancake maker was a bit weak. Made 2 silver dollar sized pancakes at a time instead of reg sized pancakes. Definitely not what I expected from a Wyndham hotel.
