The person at the desk lied to me by saying that I had asked for a smoking room. I did not.I looked back at Hotels.com where I booked it and I had booked a non-smoking room. It took him a while on the computer to find us the worst room in the place. The morning manager was cranky. The carpet was dirty, shredded in places and horrible! The breakfast was cold which should have been hot. The previous year our room was quite respectable here at the Baymont. The lady at the time that was on duty was extremely helpful and helped carry our bags up the stairs.

No fault of the hotel, but beware, it's a little bit older and there are no USB/ type c chargers in the room. My fault because I forgot my block. So just FYI

Won’t stay here again !!! The Room was dirty hair in the bathroom and bathroom sink was broken. Black mold on the ceiling. Pool was not clean. Breakfast is not good either rotten fruit food didn’t look done. Lids don’t fit any of the cups that are out Rude manager!!!!! Didn’t even give a clean room till the next day around lunch time. I slept in a chair all night I did not even get a discount or a free night. For my inconvenience!! I not a person who is looking for freebies. But dang something would have been nice.

The facility is not handicap accessible especially if you have a wheelchair. I had even called in advance by a few weeks and was assured there would be no problems. The breakfast was subpar. The beds seemed new, but cheap. They moved around a lot on their foundation. The best part of the stay were the employees!

Our room was in the back building on the property. The room seemed a little musty but we cranked the AC down and that helped a little bit. The rooms could definitely use some updating with some new carpet and fresh coat of paint. And some really good cleanings. Other than that, the hotel served its purpose. We were only there for two nights.
