Property needs renovating. Rooms are small and damp on walls and ceilings. I found bug in my bed. One of the worst stays I have had in a hotel.

Stopped just for one night and would stay again. The room was clean and large for a single. The staff were helpful and with the parking it was good for a night away with work. Perhaps, the decor in the room is tired, but that's something and nothing for a single bloke staying for a night. Wifi was good and so was the shower.

Apart from the customers jumping from bed to bed above us it was a lovely stay again, staff are so polite and i loved meeting Zeus, I have recommend this hotel to some friends when we come back in October

This hotel was absolutely filthy and had a terrible, disgusting smell. The condition of the room was so bad that I can only describe the experience as horrifying. We stayed for no more than 10 minutes before we simply could not tolerate it anymore. The room was completely unacceptable and unfit to stay in, so we had no choice but to check out immediately and leave. I honestly have no idea how this hotel has managed to receive a rating of over 8/10. Based on our experience, that rating is completely inconsistent with the actual condition of the hotel. I genuinely question where such a high rating has come from. The hygiene and cleanliness were nowhere near an acceptable standard. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We paid for a hotel room that we were unable to stay in for even a short period of time. I strongly believe we deserve a full refund.
