This place was great, I think my only complaint would be how breakfast just did not seem to be fresh.. there was definitely some undercooked bacon on the trays and some of the food was so dry from being on the trays. Everything else was absolutely FABULOUS! So I will definitely return, I just won’t be using any of the buffets from here on out. The free drinks in the lounge were also awesome, however the service during drink time was not so great. The views from my room were amazing, so close to absolutely everything. Tons to do in this area!

Everything about this hotel is amazing. From staff to rooms to taxi drivers, everything is always awesome. We stay here about 1-2 times a year.

Amazing stay!!! ❤️ I can never go wrong when I book my stay with Barceló in San Salvador. I absolutely love the clean rooms, fresh and crisp bed sheets, and the overall comfort of the hotel. Always a great experience! Highly recommend

most of the staff was very courteous and helpful. The drains in our 3 rooms did not drain well at all. the hotel phone service did not function well at all. the elevators twice had to be stopped and only one elevator functioned. breakfast was plentiful and good selection. the reception staff did not call me to wake me up, they claimed that the phone in my room did not function but never cared to com and knock on my door. their TV service did not offer Fox News, but did offer stations that are considered by many to be of socialist views. Only has a/c cold air no warm air at all even though at night it gets chilly.

The best place to stay!!! I always book my stay at the Barceló every time I’m in San Salvador, I love the cleanliness, the food the bar, the quietness etc. I book it for all my family as well.
