4 night stay in October - the wife and I. Really nice hotel - perfect for exploring Bilbao. Location 10/10 as by the footbridge over the Nervion and by the Guggenheim, new town, Bilboats and funicular. We were on the top floor - no views except suites - room 719 was quiet, clean albeit we had the worlds squeakiest bathroom door and were fodder for a ravenous mosquito but soon sorted. Staff, breakfast, reception and bar area 10/10. Tip - pay for breakfast it is tip top! Thanks

Excellent and beautiful location within walking distance of the major sites you want to see, and the breakfast offerings were substantial and delicious. Also loved the high quality of the bedding linen and bed.

This hotel is one of the worst managed hotels I have ever stayed. The shower drain backed up , had it repaired and it backed up again the same day. Mould growing in the shower. Ratty old towels. Enquired about my laundry that wasn't returned at the promised time and got told to call back tomorrow ! This property is so dated and worn. When you factor in the price it gets even worse............... the staff made no effort to help with anything. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.

A very pleasant hotel, with a lovely room and helpful staff. Room was serviced promptly. The hotel room suffered from a fair level of noise during the evening and night from other customers, and including a dog barking from somewhere in the close vicinity of the room. The tea/coffee/milk supplies were not replenished meaning a visit to reception to ask for additional items. Complimentary water in the reception area was only available at certain times of the day. Didn’t utilise the breakfast offering.

no slippers unless pay ten (must come with robe). No refill of daily bottle of water. The cleanliness I found is quite well, they clean the floor and bed everyday.
