it was a bad experience we had in your hotel. Both rooms were filled with mosquitoes. We are allergic. My skin if swolen with red spots. We couldnt get extra pillows because there was no one to speak with! It was a complete disaster my sleeping night. I needed to rest because we were driving to switzerland. On the breakfast, when we arrived, most things had been eaten by other guests and werent replaced by your non existing staff. Never more. I really regret. The least you could to is refund us.

We had a junior suite, and it was a great size. The entire hotel is staff-free and automated, which actually made things simple and easy. Plentiful parking, even for larger vehicles, right in front of the hotel. My only complaint is with the Expedia listing. If you follow the Expedia map guide from your reservation to locate the hotel, it will take you to the wrong building, whether you open it in Google Maps or Apple Maps. Just search the hotel on your own. This would not have thrown me so much except there was another comment in the reviews that said that it was confusing because there was another bsmart down the road with the same name. This made me ignore my Google search for the hotel and go with the pinpoint link from the reservation, which was a mistake. Also, the listing says the check-in time is 2 PM. It is actually 3 PM.

We really liked this hotel. Firstly, it is located atop a small business block, so it is quiet. Secondly, it is close to the centre of Vaduz. Although we drove to everything because of the heat, it would be a nice walk. Thirdly, it was fairly cool, in spite of the heat. Breakfast was good, especially the bakery-fresh breads. Finally, the hotel was spotless.

In an office building. Kind of strange. No human interaction, no staff. Very sterile. Nothing negative, just unusual. Nice area
