The hotel is located on top of a hill. Far from the city center. Walking down the hill is easier than walking up to it. We took Uber to and from the hotel every time. Which adds to the cost. However, the panoramic view of the city from the hotel was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. But I would stay closer to the center next time.

What a great hotel the view from our room was specatular and also from the bar area. The young woman who checked us in was kind, helped with our luggage and suggested places to go. The room was large and the bed great and very clean. A far drive from downtown but well worth it for the view and the breeze and relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel has a lot of potential but it is in need of updates and maintenance. The room and bathroom were extremely spacious and comfortable.

Older property. Clean for the most part, but rooms are dated. Bed was comfortable, but room was noisy with creaky floors. Working small fridge, but not overly cold. Close to city centre by car, rooftop bar has great view of city. Parking garage was convenient by elevator.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and took wonderful care of us. Even though my children don't speak Portuguese, the team spoke fluently with them and made them feel right at home. They went above and beyond for all our needs, and the complimentary breakfast had a great variety of delicious options that the whole family enjoyed!

This hotel is an underrated gem. I originally booked just one night because I was traveling from Canada and wanted to rest up before embarking on a road trip through Europe. The hotel is simply fantastic, featuring a wonderful staff and a breathtaking view from the balcony. Since I am unfamiliar with the area and didn't want to venture out into the neighborhood right away, I decided to prepay for breakfast. Needless to say, I didn't regret that decision! The breakfast is amazing, offering a wide variety of fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juice, and great hot options. I will definitely be back, as there are clearly plenty of local attractions left to explore nearby.
