Stop over on the way to Santander. Arrived at 15:00 just in time for late snack lunch before they closed at 15:30. Outside area and pool was an added bonus with a bar to get drinks. Hotel different and tastefully decorated opted for half board and enjoyed meal in the restaurant then settled to watch the football. Staff extremely accommodating especially since we speak little Spanish and them English but will google translate we managed well. Views of the Castle are breathtaking and although 30 minutes off our normal route home we will certainly opt to stay here again

Very centric , very spacious but very few amenities . The bar wasn’t well stocked , the spa has only one staff member and she is swamped . The pool has no bar or service . The pool has no towels either. The Hotel has a lot of potential that has not been explored. The girl at the Lobby ( Irene) was the highlight of our stay . She was kind , warm, very helpful and gave us the best advice on what to see and do in the area .

Breakfast is quite good, with a bit of everything. The dining room where it's served is very quiet and pleasant. The rooms are a standard size, with the essentials; the bathroom amenities are a highlight. The hotel's location is fantastic.
