A tried-and-tested hotel for its target audience, which will be thoroughly satisfied here. The hotel is in a strategically convenient location, yet it’s peaceful. The breakfast is slightly above average (for a week-long stay). All the staff were excellent. Towels are lent out free of charge for the pool. The Wi-Fi connection was rather patchy – sometimes good, sometimes unusable.

Amazing hotel to stay and chill out. Hotel motto is only for free minds is true. Pool is great to relax and plenty of sun beds . location is great to bars and restaurants in Yumbo. Buses near by or taxis . Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room were cleaned each day to high standards.I will be staying again next year.

It was fine, hotel is feeling a bit dated and certain things like the air con need maintenance. The couple who were in my room before me overheard my check in and commented that the air con was noisy and not effective, this had not been remedied for them and was not for myself either. The kitchenette is basic but appreciated. I feel like there is a certain amount of cashing in on the pink pound with expensive bar drinks quite expensive stay for what you are receiving. Rooms feel like they need TLC with dated design, aircon that does not work well and the mattresses are hard as a rock. The gym isn't too bad, good size but very limited number of weight plates but some of the machines again are quite dated. Its not a bad stay, but feel for the price it could be a lot better.

One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Check-in took around 40 minutes due to incredibly slow and disorganised staff. The room was dated, dirty and poorly maintained. Every shower flooded the bathroom and water ran into the living area. The air conditioning stopped working for most of our stay, and despite repeated complaints we were given little information or updates. Other guests told us it had been broken for over a week. We were eventually given a fan, and the AC only worked for our final two nights. We also had to kill at least two large cockroaches in our room almost every morning. The breakfast was poor with very limited quality or choice. The pool and surrounding grounds are tired, messy and in desperate need of cleaning and repainting. There was also a constant sewage smell around the hotel, and the towels looked old and worn out. This hotel is nothing like the photos and certainly not worth the money.
