Room view was nice we could even see the waterfront in a city view room. Cleanliness was alright I had to wipe all the dust bunnies off the bathroom fan and the trash bin door I had to clean up someone’s old coffee spill but other than that it was clean. One elevator was broken so that made getting up and down slow. The beds in the double double room were stiff but clean. It would Be nice to also have a concierge at the front doors as the doors are large and hard to open with bags in your hand. All in all was a good experience the food at the lions pub next doors was excellent for room service to our room. We would stay here again!

Central hotel near waterfront, so great views - has 30m pool on 4th floor with full gym. No food but loads of places nearby for breakfast or dinner. Main issue was lifts - the building is shared with offices and during daytime you can wait long time especially when one lift out of action.

Hotel has good location. One of the two lifts was out of order. There is no restaurant or catering in the hotel. I expected more for the price paid for the room, so rate the value for money as poor.

The check in was easy and the staff extremely friendly and accommodating in providing all the info we need to shop and dine. Really liked having the microwave and refrig.

Great location for food, shops and cruising. Kitchenette was a microwave and a kettle. No crockery and cutlery unless you ask. Sheets were like sandpaper. Lift didn’t work for a day and couldn’t get any cold water for 2 days. Room size and views were fantastic. Nice apartment but wasn’t worth $5600.00 for 7 nights.

Stayed here recently and came away impressed. The room felt more like a suite than a hotel room, plenty of space, a separate living room area, and even a dining table, which made it feel like a real home base rather than just a place to crash. Location is a huge plus if you're downtown for business or events. Right in the financial district, close to the harbor where the cruise ships come in, and an easy walk to BC Place (we were there for a concert) and the mall next door, which was surprisingly upscale and fun to wander through. The whole area felt safe and well kept, day or night. The gym is genuinely one of the best hotel fitness setups I've seen, weight room, cardio equipment, an indoor lap pool, plus an outdoor area overlooking the harbor. Great way to start the morning. Only downside during our stay was construction that had limited service to just one working elevator, which made getting up and down a bit of a wait at times. Didn't ruin the trip, but worth knowing before you go. Overall, would happily stay again.
