Wifi did not work entire time needed internet so I used a hotspot but that was a huge disappointment. I requested housekeeping when I checked in but never received it. No pool towels, since no housekeeping had to request towels and took several hours to receive. After 2nd call I received towels 15 min later. No restaurant, no lounge was open, they have them but they are temporarily closed. Pool needs maintenance. I get they are the cheapest hotel next to SNA but there are better options for sure. Not sure if I will be back. I am in Orange County a few times a month for work. Kinda sad though because this is a very nice property and has great potential.

The pictures are pretty deceiving. The hotel is old and pretty run down. There was a roach in the room and it was pretty dirty. The pool area was decent, but there were no towels in the pool area and I had to go look for staff to re-stock. Overall, for the price, I wouldn’t stay again.
