Well maintained accommodation, great breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff. Parking slightly inconvenient with almost no space at the hotel and the nearby public parking being full, also, and this is just in general regarding anything (hotels, restaurants, etc) in the high season in Croatia, while Opatija is a great little gem, and this hotel is very nice, the prices in the main tourism season are more than a bit on the high side. We'd love to visit again in the off season, but for the summer, not anymore. Even Italy and Austria have more reasonable rates... That said, we did really enjoy our stay.

Great location, close to beaches and shops. Excellent buffet breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Room keys had to be reset several times during our stay, so this could be improved.

Really a great place to stay. Excellent restaurants nearby. Hotel and breakfast staff were fantastic. Minor issues with shower set up- needs to be modernized.

Hotel molto comodo come posizione, scomodo come parcheggio perché ci sono sole 3 posti auto, e parcheggiare in strada è duro fuori stagione, non oso immaginare in estate. Cena a buffet, non provata, colazione ok., vista dalle camere specie quelle ai piani alti bellissima.

Inaccettabile per un hotel 4 stelle trovare l'anta doccia rotta e sostituita con la tenda. Il tasto dello scarico del WC funzionava male, il riscaldamento della camera non funzionava.
