I was not aware of the unit/room cleaning was only available as added charge. We stayed for 4 nights and would have appreciated the room cleaning even one day of the duration of the stay. Although we were given new towels and bathroom amenities as needed. The chat message in hotels.com wasn’t as attentive. I also appreciated the welcome gesture of the host providing us a bottle of Chardonnay (we didn’t consumed it; put in the fridge) 2 waters and a couple snacks.

This is the perfect place/location for those seeking a nice condo in Kaanapali. The complex is right next to the Whaler’s village and has good beach front with cabana, lounge and umbrella rentals available. The units are spacious with good kitchens. We’ve been to Maui many times and feel that this is the best option.

We picked this hotel for our son’s senior high school trip. The location is Amazing! The convenience to Whalers, restaurants and the ocean was excellent. We’ve walked by this hotel for so many years and finally booked here. Our room was renovated with contemporary decor. The pool was terrific and they had complementary chairs for the beach. The concierge was extremely accommodating and was able to easily accept our Instacart order.
