Great hotel. Great location- short 10 minute walk to The Old Town and 10 minutes the other way, to the beach. Our room was great with a king size bed and large terrace with a great view of the ocean. Breakfast was good with everything we needed. There was a nice sized outdoor pool that we didn't make use of, but would have if the weather had been any hotter when we were there. Staff was great.

Room was nice and clean, the breakfast was good the one day we had it (usually we slept in and didn't bother but that's just us). Good view from the balcony. Pool was nice and clean, enjoyed the covered beds by the pool. Nice bar and reasonably priced. Also really liked the quiet garden that was the other side of the hotel to the pool. It isn't too far of a walk from the main city, and there's also a supermarket relatively nearby. There's a minibar fridge in the room which we kept a few of our own beers in. Its also not too far of a walk to the beach which is a plus.

Room cleaning service is probably the best I’ve had the privilege to experience. I’ve never known a cleaner room. Secondly I have to mention by name - Enrique, Martina and Ana - front of house staff extremely friendly and competent….. By the way the English is about 70-75% fluent - don’t expect full conversations but my goodness - those three are a really exceptional in terms of service. I’m going to come back and see you guys! We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Astari and are already planning our return. The location is absolutely perfect on Via Augusta, just a short, easy 10-minute walk to a beautiful, South-facing Blue Flag beach, meaning plenty of sun all day long. It's also just a quick stroll into the historic Roman center, giving you the best of both worlds. The pool area is a massive highlight. It’s large enough that it never felt crowded or cramped, even with plenty of other guests enjoying the sun. What really blew us away, though, was the value for money. Usually, hotel food and drinks are a rip-off, but not here. The breakfast, room service, main meals, poolside bar, and even the in-room mini-bar were all incredibly high quality and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Great location for a short break away, lovely clean pool and surrounds, plus beaches and the old town all in walking distance. Would stay again
