Fantastic location if you are going to the cruise port the next day. The public transportation stop is across the street from the hotel. You can use a credit card board. You only need go two stops. Once you get off you walk two or so blocks. You can see the gigantic terminal building. The hotel was nice, clean and there are many restaurants in the immediate area, mostly Mediterranean.

Perfect stay, beautiful hotel with everything you need (great breakfast and restaurant). Walking distance from city center and cruise terminal. Amazing staff, so happy I booked my after cruise stay with them as well

Although the Hotel gave a beautiful vintage vibe, we had a few issues . We had booked a suite and a single room . Our suite was locked out one day when we came back and then they made us move to a different floor . We had to move our things they didn’t help us move anything . We had no new towels or sheets when we were moved . We were again locked out and told to move again , a second time . The room was much smaller and didn’t feel like it was a suite . We had to call front desk a few times to get fresh towels . We had put the sign and said to make bed and still nothing was done . Breakfast was also 20 euros a person with very limited options and was not worth the price . Will not recommend or stay again .

This is an amazing hotel at a great price point. It might not be right in the centre of Rotterdam, it is short walk to the centre and also right on the Metro line. The rooms are spacious, clean. The breakfast is a wonderful (although creeping up in price). I will stay here again. This is my second time.

Very handy hotel for getting on a cruise ship. You are charged for ice if you need it in the room. The restaurant was good.
