The hotel was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Would stay here again.

Excellent location in old town. Older property that could use some simple updating…ratty curtains in room. Staff was helpful. Breakfasts were so-so. Shower is a handheld shower with no enclosure or curtain so that was a flooding situation on the first go. Approximately 8-10 stairs from street to reception area so that could present an accessibility issue. There is an elevator for rooms and breakfast access beyond that. Overall, not overwhelming but certainly sufficient.

The property was in the center of the Historic District with many restaurants and interesting sights nearby. Note that the property is about 200 meters from where taxi drop is because streets are for pedestrians only.

The hotel itself was fine. The breakfast was disgusting. We were the first family down to eat and all of the food was left uncovered with flies on everything. There were even flies inside some of the sealed jars! I took a picture of he sealed jar flies. This was after I had opened the jar the first time so most had flown out, and handful stayed in. If the food presented to the guests looks like that I would hate to see how it looks while in the kitchen.

Excelent location, a few steps from the main old city square. Great beakfast. The staff was very helpful and we could check-in 3 hours in avance and also stay one hour operadora the check-out time. The only problem was that the curtains in our room were not thick enough, so it was too light very early, as the sunrise in before 5 am!

The room was nicer than advertised, and who can actually say that! It is in a lovely location attached to a very good Slovak restaurant as well. The staff was very helpful, and the cleaning staff was excellent as well. The room was large and very comfortable. The room has air conditioning, a tea kettle, and a TV. The breakfast was very good as well.
