The decor of the Aparthotel entrance and lobby were modern. We were upgraded to a suite which was greatly appreciated. The check-in process did not appear to match the decor-time consuming and paper-based process. The heart of “old town” was several blocks away but walkable. I would recommend this property.

Really clean and modern space with lots of room for the 3 of us. Seperate day bed/ single bed in the area and a shutter to divide it more into 2 rooms for sleeping if needed. Great location next to Starbucks and easy walk to main streets. Also next to a shopping mall that has an amazing supermarket in for all supplies and more! Plus only 13 Euros to airport from here in an Uber or can walk to tram Merideck (5 mins) and get tram to airport for 2 euros each person.

The apartment is in excellent location. We sent email requesting courtyard view rooms but when we arrived it wasn’t allocated and the receptionist managed to find us one room out of two we booked. The check in was bit indifferent and thenext day we were given wrong tram information by the receptionist that cost us time and money. With Bordeaux heat, the room a/c was a relief but struggled to cope at night. Not enough pillows for three person room too!
