Staff was kind & friendly. We did have a leak from the ceiling vent. I called the front desk & maintenance came over immediately. Turns out the family upstairs flooded the tub. They offered to move us to a new room. Maintenance guy was super nice & helpful. We book here due to the proximity & easy walk to Disneyland. Pool area was nice & clean.

The room was not clean and was quite dirty throughout. It seemed like there was old mold or water damage that had been painted over. There was outlets that did not work. The fridge froze our beverages. The carpet was stained. The room itself was just not in good condition, I know the hotel is older and I am OK with that, but it was pretty rough. We had mosquitoes in the room. The shower drain was clogged with hair. Also, our door did not close properly. It was very hard to open and close I had to use all my strength to push or pull shut. Would not stay here again.

Overall this hotel is excellent and great location. I only have one complaint. I always measure the quality of my room by the water pressure in the shower. Yours is in need of a big improvement. The shower also needed a new mat. It was kinda slippery.
