It was a decent experience. ADA accommodations were alright but I do think staff may need more training with people that are in wheelchairs. My phone jack in my bedroom I was unfortunately unable to use and I was unable to get my breakfast in the morning because I couldn't use the phone to call or to get a hold of a staff member when I needed assistance. I also didn't have a esim card to make a call to there hotel since it was a one night stay. It was rather a disappointing experience as somebody that came out of surgery and mobility concerns. I took pictures of the phone jack and because I spoke English. There was a language barrier between the staff and I. I did manage to get one of the housekeeping staff members' attention, I had my fiance over my cell phone speak arabic language to them, since I couldn’t and especially I'm on the Autsim Spectrum. I eventually did get a Lunch and the staff help me back to my Shuttle to the airport. That part was very nice of them. But I do still think its unacceptable that the phone jack couldn't be used so I could use the phone anytime in case there was some sort of emergency. I feel the place is only good if you need a place to sleep for the night. But I don't recommend people with wheelchairs to stay here until they get the phone jack situation gets fixed up. I did enjoy the lunch and it was delicious, room was decently cleaned, the view was very nice and staff did try there best to help out and that is all.
