The TV didn't work; the hoteles.com offered me breakfast and charged me for it, yet they didn't actually have any breakfast available, so I had to pay for it elsewhere. The room was in a state of disrepair, and there was no hot water.

This place looks nothing like advertised, I had a cockroach in my bed, but the AC was pretty good. There’s a lot of roaming drug users in the area.

I honestly should’ve read the reviews.. The whole place is under restoration/renovation. I asked for a king sized bedroom.. I swear I got a full sized or a queen. I wanted my babies to be able to go swimming… no water in the pool. There was mildew and the room stunk so much. Condoms wrappers all under the bed and bed backboard.. I swear I woke up itchy as!!!!!! It said no refunds so of course I stayed.. I only came out to Laredo for work. There was a hotel 6 down the street and a red roof inn. I should’ve went to one of those.

First time staying here and it will be my last. They are under construction, which in it self is okay- But the actual room was awful. No power in the lights for the main area of the room, most outlets did not work. We were stuck using the lights from the bathroom to light up the entire room. There was no phone or plugs by the beds. The only working outlet was the one the TV was using. Paint job was awful- Looked like the entire place was given the landlord special. Giant hole in the bathroom was barely covered up and painted over. The water pressure was TERRIBLE. Barely any flow and the tub did not drain. Not really a huge issue as there aren't any no smoking signs, but whoever was in the room next to or above us was smoking what smelled like an entire pack an hour. The room REEKED of cigarettes smoke which was unpleasant. As far as safety goes: The door DID lock, but there was no bolt lock and the door did not close all the way. I will give it to the staff, he was friendly, but no uniform was being worn and the front lobby looked like an empty warehouse. Again, they're undergoing renovations which is okay- But it is extremely tacky looking EVERYWHERE. All-in-all if you are desperate for a room in Laredo, you are way better off anywhere else.

The property is trash. It looks nothing like on the site. There no swimming pool or any wifi. Service is horrible
