The rooftop was nice, and service was good. Rooms were clean. It seemed outdated and some things weren’t working, like the outlet at the bathroom. The front desk waived my parking fee.

Our room was laden with cob webs. There was black mold and hair in the shower upon check in. The bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. There were qtips and French fries in the air conditioning unit which sounded like a plane taking off. The bathroom fan was also obnoxious. We weren’t able to use our balcony because of the spiders, webs, and insects. We were able to get an early check in, and the front desk staff was always friendly. A few times I asked for a specific number of towels and wash clothes and was brought the incorrect item and number. Parking was also a pain as I had to drive up to the 6th floor to park. Overall the property could be cleaner and better taken care of. The balcony has so much potential but it is clear that no one has attempted to maintain it.

Booked a suite, got a regular king...no big deal, just called down and they fixed it immediately awesome. Got into the suite had a view of the ventilation system of the building not of anything else no balcony no nothing. Ok I can get past all that after a long day of travel go to relax pop on some Netflix takes about 15min to sign in tv acting real slow. Shut it off turned it back on didnt get better but after about 20 min of loading a show just b started to play I said you know what its been a long day ill just go to sleep. We'll about 130am sound like someone playing floor hockey above us. Im like you know what maybe a party or something no big deal. Night 2 cant even use the TV and floor hockey continued most of the night. We checked out at 7am had too gooooo! Terrible experience for our first time!
