After driving for 7 hours very disappointed room was not ready at 2pm like advertised, had to wait around for 1 1/2 hours.

Excellent spacious and well-appointed 2-bedroom apartment. Clean and tidy. Quiet as in no noise from neighbouring apartments including above & below. Bit of street noise on Friday and Saturday nights as you are in the Palmer Street precinct but not too bad. Plenty of choice of eateries nearby in easy walking distance. Friendly, helpful staff. More than happy to stay again.

booked 2 king studios - one was fine but the other was not worth the money - i had booked 2 and paid the same price for both - one had floorboards , balcony and full windows. the other one for the same price had small high windows with no balcony, threadbare carpets and dirty plates . i asked reception why when i booked the both rooms were not the same - told luck of the draw- the second room should not be charged the same rate as it was so much more inferior . We did not get any service for beds or towels- also i am not a fan of using plates and cutlery when we only get given enough washing stuff for 1 day not 2 days - i hope for hygiene reasons the staff collect glasses and plates and run through a dishwasher for the next guests - not worth the price we paid - disappointing -

Although it seemed difficult to check in after hours, as no previous contact and instructions had been conveyed to me. The person I eventually connected with, was extremely helpful. Just daunting arriving at a place, not knowing where the key was , and not sure if you actually had accommodation. Fortunately everything panned out. Otherwise all good. Than you.
