Picked this hotel due to its central location to everything we wanted to do on our first trip to Chicago and proximity to everything was perfect. Hotel was clean, well kept, and a little quirky. Room was small but had plenty of storage places for our items. Wonderful water pressure but with only a half pane glass water sprays out of the shower area, so be prepared to lay down towels. Front desk folks were neutral - not overly helpful or engaging but friendly enough I suppose. Hot coffee available in the morning was perfect and the onsite coffee shop/bakery was a nice perk, but extremely understaffed. The biggest cons for this hotel was the horribly slow and tiny elevators (and the key card readers in them) and the noise from the busy street below. If you’re not a sound sleeper with car noise and horns blaring, this may not be the place for you. Overall a solid place to stay in a very busy and loud part of town - but the proximity to everything outweighed any of its shortfalls.

Definitely for younger crowd. Loud music everywhere even early am. Rooms small but serviceable . No closets. Large baths with great shower and plenty of storage. Mattress just ok — will need replaced soon. Some noise from hall but quiet at night if not over the street. TERRIBLE COFFEE— how does that happen. Great location. Prob a good/ ok value for the price

Very fun and funky hotel with lots of amenities. Great central downtown location close to so many things. Easy to walk and navigate. Restaurant/bar inside was delish with amazing cocktails and knowledgeable staff. Coffee shop onsite for breakfast snacks. Walgreens right next door if you forgot to bring /need anything. Check in was swift staff was very friendly. Cute decor and very comfy bed and pillows.

Perfect location for touring Chicago by foot, tube or renting a car. The front desk provided recommendations that all Were 5 star! Well done! The rooms were clean and perfect to rest up for our days on the town!
