We only stayed 1 night the pick up shuttle was such a bonus very helpful drivers. Check in was smooth staff very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. We would use this hotel again.

Sheets were dirty, bathroom had a pill from a previous gust and was not clean. Front desk. Said I could change rooms, they did not have the authority to do it.

The staff was delightful, many of them working there for the last 20 to 30 years! The interior design was tasteful; modern, somewhat Scandinavian, and well coordinated. And the staff — and signage— was humorous and cheerful. Great place. My new HQ when passing through Vancouver.

This was a great hotel. It was conveniently located near the airport, the rooms were clean and check-in/check-out was easy. The only downside was that the neigbouring (attached?) restaurant was not open when I was there, but there were plenty of options in the area.
