There were hidden feeds of 25$ per day for expenses. When asked about it they said I needed to spend that amount to offset the cost. Then at the end of the stay the bill included the 25$/day plus the money pent on the food purchased which I was told should replace the daily fee. Daytime front staff was less than helpful. Was put in a handicapped room and the showers had no directions on hot/cold and no cabinet/hanging space that was large enough to store luggage. No costs listed in their pantry area to help identify expenses used.

I can't say I had a bad experience at this hotel, but it wasn't great either. The room was clean and staff were friendly, though not very helpful. At check-in, I was told the $25/day food credit was included. Since I wasn’t sure exactly how it worked, I specifically asked whether it covered all three days I’d be at the hotel, including checkout day, and was told yes. But at checkout, the staff member who had originally helped me wasn’t working that day, so a different staff member explained the credit is based on nights stayed, not days present — contradicting what I’d been told and confirmed at check-in. I ended up charged full price for breakfast with no credit applied. This felt misleading, since I had specifically asked the question to avoid this exact situation. I also requested an extra comforter the afternoon I arrived, and it didn't arrive until night, after several calls — and it turned out to be a blanket, not a comforter. The noise was also a real issue — the hotel sits right by the highway, and the room came with an eye mask and earplugs already set out, which says a lot about how known this problem is.
