We've stayed here a couple of times pre-Covid and back again recently, definitely some upgrades have been done in between. Staff here are always friendly and helpful. They were doing some maintenance works during our stay, it didn't pose too much of a hassle even though I had knee surgery earlier in the year and still recovering. Noise level was fine too. The anti slip bath mat for the shower was incredibly helpful during our stay because of my knee. No shortage of towels even if you're on DND. The only slight feedback would be maybe upgrade the gym a little would be helpful, the ventilation in there isn't great. Would highly recommend, definitely would be back again when we're in town

Nice location to get around the city. Easy to walk many places. The area is under construction so a bit difficult for drivers. Restaurant on site was good. Very good breakfast.

Nice hotel with river views. Would prefer a password protected Wi-fi for guest, as this hotel appears to attracts business clients as well as tourists. Indoor parking spots on site, although may be limited for size of hotel. For tourist, this hotel is within walking distance of the major sites in Limerick City.

Well located and very nice staff. However, reception area smelled off during our stay. Shower was not the cleanest, and was not draining properly. Hallway leading to room also smelled a bit weird. Reception let us know that nearby city work was causing issues with the plumbing, but only after we mentioned the problems with the shower. Lights in our room flickered randomly though it wasn't a huge deal. Restaurant in the hotel is nice and had great chips. Overall it was okay.
