The 2 Master bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the secondary master is upstairs. Separate breakfast room, ceiling fans, games room. Only 12 minutes to Walt Disney World, with only 1 traffic light in between. Close to restaurants, shopping, Publix grocery store, and reunion resort golf courses. Please note: This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish. Great location, peaceful and quiet. House, very clean and well equipped. Enjoyed the Hot Tub with great view overlooking the water. Would definitely recommend and would plan to stay there again if we are visiting the area.

This was a great find, amazing outlook from the deck. Very private, deck, pool and hot tub. The house was very comfy and roomy. Games room in the garage was one of the best we’ve had in Florida. Quiet location, but not far from all the attractions. Also great golf nearby.

Amazing stay at this villa every thing was perfect the outside space and the look out across the lake was beautiful plenty of space indoor very peaceful and not too far from Disney very close to all amenities we was a family of 6 adults and would definitely recommend this villa. Check in and out very simple and all instructions very clear and communicated exceptionally well.
