The room was spacious and clean but the a/c unit was very loud and really didn’t work well.

OMG. If there had been any other hotels available that night, I wiuld have left. Mold in the bathroom, blood on the nightstand, blood and stains on the comforter under the sheet. The hallway hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while. The exterior of the hotel is undergoing new paint, but the gross level of uncleanliness is beyond acceptable. Do not stay here. You'll dream about nasty things .

Upon arrival we were told we couldn't check in till exactly 4:00 pm which I guess is standard. Staff behind the counter were nice and helpful. There are signs all over the place indicating there is construction happening due to the construction, parking was very limited. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The refrigerator and kitchen were also clean. The hotel was super expensive however due to the balloon fest happening that weekend they did not have breakfast or coffee in the lobby

This hotel needs an overhaul. The garbage pails in the room were filthy, the chairs were ripped, the top of the fridge was super dusty. The laundry area was dirty, but the machines worked. The staff was helpful. The location worked for us,

Well I got there and was charged $100. Deposit. in the past one time I stayed there it was $50. In the middle of the night drunk people were arguing in the hall. I'm sure others heard besides me . I tried calling the front desk but no one answered. Upon checking out I got charged twice for my stay!! I reserved and paid for it online . And when checking out I was told I had a bill . I did not charge anything to my room . So it was for my stay . The assistant manager had no clue on what she was doing . Let's just say I will not be staying there anymore

I have been coming to this hotel for many years and was truly disappointed to see how far it has fallen. The manager refunded my stay with promises that required repairs will happen this year. Deferred maintenance is always much more expensive than regularly scheduled repairs. We are keeping our fingers crossed
