Rooms wasn’t clean, dog hair and strong dog smell when we arrived, multiple colored stains and all the sheets, and dirty surfaces across the whole room. The staff was very friendly and considerate however the cleaning staff must have forgotten to give us a shower curtain??? AC was working but room never cooled off even if we had it running for hours nonstop. Front door to room didn’t fully close nor was the metal plate holding the door handle and lock to the door fully secured with multiple loose screws. Do not recommend

I refuse to check in. The property was a mess. Trash all over and falling apart. It looked unsafe and nothing like the pictures. I took pictures as proof. I’d likes refund.

All of the 5 stars are paid for by offering free/discounted rates. This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s not just gross, it’s a health hazard. The parking lot is filled with glass and trash. The rooms are just blatantly not cleaned at all. The floors were sticky and when I tried to wipe it, brown sludge came up. There was roaches throughout the room. There was no towels or toiletries in the bathroom. The sheets were visibly dirty and stained. The pillows had BLOOD on them. The smell was unbearable. We had to go to the store to get an air freshener. The pool is brownish green and trash is just in the bottom of it. The photos on the website should be illegal and false advertising. Stay away from this property. It’s unsafe. Pay $10-$15 more for a nicer room somewhere else. Update: the email they give you to message management is not a real email address.

Tuve un experiencia horrible,desde que llegamos en el check in la presentación del staff era mala, nos dieron la habitación y cuando la abrimos estaba con las camas desatendidas residuos de comida rápida, el TV encendido y la luz del baño, realmente parecía que había alguien dentro; ni siquiera entramos a la habitación. Nos devolvimos a la recepción y nos dijeron que no habían más habitaciones (era la 1am) realmente fatal. Nos dijeron que nos iban hacer el refund de la habitación inclusive se firmó un documento y el refund nunca llegó ya que el cobro lo hicieron dos veces pero solo devolvieron 1.
