  The room was spacious and very clean. However there was only one wash cloth available for 2 people and 1 drinking glass. Dishes were provided but not enough for more than 4 people. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The paid parking space will not accommodate a larger vehicle. The free street parking isn’t available during stadium events. Overall we were pleased with our stay. We had no issues with check in as some reviews stated. Would use again.

  I didn't read the fine print on the agreement and didn't realize that the only contact with people regarding the property would be electronic. Not fond of that, although the people were very quick to respond to comments and concerns. The parking spot was extremely tight for a full-size SUV. Televisions in the unit should be reversed (larger one in the bedroom area). Also, don't like having access only to apps on the TV. Need a live local feed. Liked the ability to walk to a nearby grocery and a delightful little restaurant that is affiliated with a car wash/detailing business (Vintage Auto and Bistro). Breakfast and coffees were great. Loved being so close to Loan Depot Park - 3 block walk - went to 3 games. We would book there again if our main purpose was proximity to the LDP.

  Nuestra estancia estuvo muy bien. Agradable. Solo daré algo de referencia para tomar en cuenta. Por que es un espacio. Muy cómodo, en el baño faltaría algo para poder colgar las toallas y los productos de baño. Y en la sala. Con un espejo. Para cuerpo completo quedaría espectacular y muy completo , por todo lo demás está muy bien el sofá es muy cómodo al igual que la cama y la seguridad. Está excelente y de ubicación está. Super central a 10 minutos caminando a calle 8 de la pequeña habana y aunque no tiene recepción como tal. Ya que todo es por texto. Estuvieron siempre disponibles para todo, si me volvería a hospedar

  We stayed here for two nights, and i had booked it for 4. Our room wasn't an # but labeled as "lounge". It was actually the JANITORS CLOSET. Our room was inside, attached to the janitors closet with dirty floors, cleaning supplies, and random items (GROSS), with only one bed and a sofa bed. The photos were very inaccurate to what the room actually looked like, so i was extremely disappointed. There were only enough towels and blankets for two people, and when we tried to contact the staff, we had absolutely no help (there was no lobby, or front desk person on site). We had no blankets for the night, and the person on the phone told me to dry my own blankets and towels from the laundry room, which was extremely unprofessional. We ended up sleeping all 4 of us with only one fitted sheet and one linen, and we couldn't turn off the AC which meant the whole room was freezing all night, and one of us woke up sick the next morning. The lack of staff and assistance when we asked for the BARE MINIMUM which are towels and blankets was ABSURD, and we never heard back from the staff with a proper response. I cant believe we wasted $400 on two nights at this place. The locks also did not work on the door, so i believe we spent the night with an unlocked door which is extremely unsafe. The "hotel" was located in not the greatest area. i DO NOT recommend this place, it is not worth your money, and they are not properly staffed. i don't know how this place is still open to guests. 0 stars.
