Great location, valet parking but they were great at retrieving vehicle quickly, rooms were very nice. Would highly recommend this property.

The hotel is also a timeshare, so expect crowds of families with kids. They've moved beyond selling timeshares and there's now a push to sit through a 90 minute presentation on Bonvoy points. We said no, but found out that the agent scheduled us anyway. I assume she got credit for scheduling us, and we looked line the jerks that canceled. Not cool. The room was spacious albeit dated, and the bed was great. My only complaint there was the walls are paper thin so we could hear everything going on in the room next door and in the hallway. Lastly, the pool was filled with screaming splashing kids, so just be aware. Not a pleasant experience for us, but we do understand that this is a family friendly property so we will choose differently next time. Overall great location.

Pool time did not disappoint. Easy access to all the south shore fun! Worth every penny!

The hotel is ok the location is convenient for ski near the gondola. The rooms are clean but they have a connecting door to the adjacent room which passes noise to your room very badly . The next door to our room were a couple with 3 or 4 kids . We had to tolerate a lot of crying and yelling of kids. The hotel has mainly guests with young kids because of the game room and pool and also for being very close to restaurants and shops in heavenly village. I don’t think is a good place for people who want to relax and like quiet stay.
