Modernes Zimmer, Parken direkt vor der Tür, gute Verkehranbindung (zB Southampton, New Forest NP), unter der Woche kontinentales Frühstücksbuffet mit viel frischem Obst und am Wochenende warmes Frühstück mit unterschiedlichen Wahlmöglichkeiten, Restaurantbetrieb zum Mittag und Abend, Essen sehr gut! Jederzeit wieder!!

Whilst the building is attractive, the ground need a tidy. The room was clean with quality bedding and towels. Good shower but no shelf for toiletries. A chest of drawers too many made for a restricted room space. Restaurant well-decorated and food very good especially dinner, complemented by friendly staff member Jane. Very close for exploring the New Forest. I stay again which is the best compliment of course.

Was a last minutes booking to take my son to the theme park near by its peaceful and quiet and friendly , great food , and they was very welcoming to my son who is disabled , Thankyou would use again

Poor review don’t bother because they obviously cant cope . Poor review due to the arrogant condescending male on the door bell preaching to me like a teenager because I hadn’t received an email they sent. I wasn’t receiving Any emails and there was nothing on the booking app.. Then a young male turned up flashing his Loser signs L who got me the key. Then a lady Toni banged at the door and was shaking nervously flashing her phone under my nose saying this is the email I explained the circs about my emails L sent because he probably her abusive partner was shouting to her about it .They might want to remove the sign that says race no bell and we will come to you. Must say Toni was very professional this morning and the building is well turned out inside and a good continental breakfast.
