Cozy studio apartment with air conditioning, a private deck, and easy access to Brighton's outdoor activities. Ich habe ein großes Studio im 2. Stock. Diese Wohnung ist vom Haupthaus getrennt und hat einen eigenen umzäunten Hof. Es gibt ein 22x12 Deck mit einem Gasgrill. Mein Grundstück befindet sich auf dem, was von einem großen Bauernhof übrig geblieben ist und ist 1,6 km von der Innenstadt von Brighton entfernt. Das Studio bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Es gibt eine einfache Küche mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffeekanne. Dies ist ein einfacher Ort mit schönen Unterkünften. (Ich werde im Frühjahr zusammen mit einigen anderen Verbesserungen einen neuen Zaun einbauen.) Das Skifahren in Mount Brighton ist 1,6 km und das Erholungsgebiet in Brighton State 1,6 km entfernt. Die Stadt Brighton ist zu Fuß zu ca. 1 Meile entfernt. Es gibt eine Kaution in Höhe von 50 US-Dollar und wenn kein Schaden entstanden ist, wird diese zurückerstattet! Diese Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock mit viel Privatsphäre. Es gibt eine Schule auf der anderen Straßenseite mit einem Spielplatz. Der Ort hat eine rustikale Atmosphäre, ist aber kein Ort für eine Party usw.! Besucher sind in Ordnung, solange Sie das Eigentum respektieren. Dieses Apartment in Brighton liegt in ländlicher Umgebung. Michigan War Dog Memorial und Parshallville Cider Mill zählen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region, während du hier die Schönheit der Natur bewundern kannst: Brighton State Recreation Area und Island Lake State Recreation Area. Stürz dich beim Snowboarden und beim Skifahren ins weiße Vergnügen und lass dir andere Wintersportarten wie Motorschlittenfahren nicht entgehen.

We were in for a graduation. The space is as described and pictured. It was in the upper 80's the entire time we were there and the AC plus the fan kept it cool in there (for those of us from south Texas). I was particularly impressed with the mattress and pillows. They were very comfortable and not like normal Vrbo's where the pillows go flat middle of the night. Would definitely stay again. The host gave good specific instructions before we arrived that was appreciated. Only thing is that if you have mobility issues, there is a large staircase to get into the spot. Highly recommend.

Property was as listed online. Good for short stays. We stayed 4 nights. There are limited towels, etc and with no washer and dryer in the unit. We had to be conservative and reuse towels (not something we prefer). No a/c in the unit, but the small wall heater worked great.

The host had excellent communication and quickly replied to any questions i had. The apartment was very clean and cozy whoch sas important since it was so cold outside. The location was excellent just 5 minutes from downtown Brighton and grocery stores and restaurants. I woukd highly recommend this apartment and owner

Absolutely perfect please to stay for what we needed. Only downside was the water does have a weird smell but we had bottled water and he did provide a water pitcher for use in the mini fridge. Thank you for letting usbuse your space.
