  The check in staff told us that extra towels could possibly not be available because housekeeping only comes every 2 weeks. The refrigerator door was backwards and looked like soda had been sprayed all over it and the floor in front of it was sticky. We all wore shoes or slippers in the room. Sheets looked clean. Bathroom could definitely use a refresh. Even just the caulking around the tub. And clean the spider webs. One towel in the bathroom had a stain and pubic hair on it. We had brought beach towels so we used those. Getting ready to leave the last day a cockroach ran into my bathroom bag. We did use the pool every evening to cool off it seemed clean and not overly chlorinated There was a tampon stuck on the wall in the pool area near the table and chairs. Limited interaction with staff but I did ask for another ice bucket so I would not have to come back down and he told me they may be out of them. Parking was easy and plentiful. Breakfast was muffins, nutragrain bars or oatmeal. Coffee, tea or hot chocolate. But Will definitely NOT stay there again.

  Moment we pulled into the parking lot it was red flags. Place looks run down and not kept up to date, and there were carvings and graffiti in the elevator. There’s also no security… The room was outdated and the bedding was uncomfortable. The room also wreaked of mildew. We also could hear EVERYTHING going on in the halls and other rooms, so we didn’t bother completing our stay. We went straight back down with our things and handed the key cards back.

  Mixed experience — comfortable bed, but not worth the price My stay at the Extended Stay in Anaheim was mixed. At approximately $200 for one night, I expected considerably more. There was nowhere to pull over outside for check-in because the curbs were red, so I had to park and walk to the front desk. No one was there when I arrived, and I had to wait for assistance. The property also appeared understaffed. My first room smelled strongly of body odor. When I returned later and mentioned it to the front desk, they kindly moved me to another room. Unfortunately, although the second room was non-smoking, it smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke. I ended up lighting vanilla-scented candles to mask the odor. The refrigerator also wasn't working. There were positives: the bed was comfortable, the pillows were great, the bedding was clean, and I slept very well. Overall, the hotel could use significant upgrades and better attention to room conditions. There also appeared to be quite a few long-term residents, which created an unusual and sometimes uncomfortable atmosphere. For the price, I was disappointed with the overall experience.

  We walked into the hotel at 2pm and my wife says “hello, we have a reservation” the agent did not greet us back and only said “we dont do early check-in”. We didn’t not ask for early check in, we only said we have a reservation. We sat in the lobby for about 30 minutes we noticed the tile floors in the lobby were very dirty. After the employee took care of an incident she informed us she might have a room for us. She set us up in room 107 and we walked down the hall, the hallway smelled like pet urine and poop, carpets in the hall was extremely dirty with food wrappers and pet hair, the entry door to our room did not close snuggly it would open about 2 inches before it would catch the lock. Dirty bathroom with mold stains the tub was not cleaned. The bed sheets were dirty, we called front desk and told them the bed needs to be changed because the sheets were dirty. The employee just brought the sheets and wanted us to change it ourselves! I asked the employee if we are supposed the change the sheets ourselves and he said well all the housekeepers are busy and can’t get to it at the moment. (We took a lot of pictures as proof) Our whole visit we did not once see any housekeepers on the 1st floor. The windows were not locked! Good thing we checked. Door does not secure correctly. We did not feel very safe. If we wanted new towels we had to bring the old ones to the front that to me is not practical. There were no extra toilet paper rolls we had to go ask for more.

  The hotel is within a good proximity to Disneyland and walking distance to the Anaheim Gardenwalk since we were planning to visit the parks. Since we drove down, it was nice that parking was free. There were some times that the staff would be in the back and we would need to push a button to have them come out and help us, so it would be more helpful if they were more available. We did have an issue where on the first day, our cards stopped working, and other people had the same issue as well. We were short on towels, and their extra towels were currently being washed. There is no hotel cleaning service or a phone to call from the room, so if you need anything, you need to go downstairs to the front desk to request. The bathroom had a weird smell, probably due to the piping system, and there was no garbage bin inside as well. Although we came across many issues, this place is enough for us to just sleep at for the night. If you want better accommodations, I recommend another hotel
