A clean and cosy, very well located property on the outskirts of Betws-y-Coed. The property has good parking and is less than 10 mins walk to the middle of town. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable, with a desk, chair and mini fridge. The bathroom was clean and functional. It was also surprisingly quiet given the location. Lee and her daughter were superb hosts, serving a lovely hot breakfast each morning (you need to fill out a menu card the day before) with the option of extra cereals, bread, jams, etc. A great few nights, will be out first choice when next in the area.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Our bedroom was quite basic but the car parking was good and the breakfast was great. Staff were lovely. A good position just on the outskirts of the town with a 5-10 minute walk to the centre.

The room looked clean when we entered but the bed lining was very smelly. The room also was smelling very mouldy. I also couldn't sleep well too as I was constantly hearing some water leak noise from bathroom. The water in the bathroom was warm enough but not too hot which wouldn't have worked if it was winter.
