Studio mit offenem Grundriss in Girdwood. Klein, aber offen, gewölbte Decken geben ihm ein viel größeres Gefühl. Es ist ideal für einen romantischen Wochenendausflug für Paare. Wird eine kleine vierköpfige Familie aufnehmen, die auch für zwei Paare oder eine Mischung von Leuten, die nah sind, kompatibel ist. Es liegt an einer kleinen Ringstraße am Fuß von Max's Mountain. Umgeben von den riesigen Hemlocktannen, die zu diesem Teil des Chugach Forrest gehören. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage und bietet einen fantastischen Schlaf. Es wird empfohlen, einen eigenen Transport zu haben, 4-Rad ist an einem verschneiten Wintertag notwendig. Viele gute Restaurants in der Gegend oder die Küche ist bereit, ein Gourmet-Essen vorzubereiten. Viele tolle Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Virgin Creek Trail Head ist super nah. Mountainbiking, Kajak fahren, Paddeln sind beliebte Sommeraktivitäten. Alpine und nordische Ski, fette Reifen im Winter Radfahren. Mitten in der Gegend Alyeska, einem Stadtteil von Girdwood, befindet sich diese Ferienhütte. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Crow-Creek-Mine und Indian Valley Mine National Historic Site sind genauso interessant wie die Attraktionen der Region, zu denen Girdwood Zentrum für Bildende Kunst und Sound Paddler zählen.

The unit is well located. It’s away from center of town and yet convenient to it so it’s more peaceful and quiet. The unit is well equipped so it would be easy to cook a good meal here if you wanted to. We didn’t as we found good eats in town. Host is super responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay in a "crow nest" (because of the long staircase up the second floor)!Loved the hot shower, clean and very well stocked kitchen, great mattresses (you sink a bit, but very comfortable).You could even sit outside at the entrance if you carry out dinner high chairs - no mosquitos! Thank you!!

Great, well priced place to stay in the heart of Girdwood. There are two flights of stairs to get up to it which is no problem but something to think about if you have a lot of luggage. The remodeled bathroom/shower was FANTASTIC but would have been nice to have a door (there is just a curtain) or a fan. Stays cool and is quiet enough to sleep with the windows open. SUPER COMFORTABLE bed!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The house was clean, cozy, and probably the most well-stocked VRBO we have ever visited! The location was private, quiet, and peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owner, Eric, supplied the home with so many items, particularly in the kitchen. Cooking utensils, pots, pans, even things like cooking spray, spices, and water bottles. We were very impressed! Highly recommend this little slice of heaven!
