The best feature of this hotel is its location. Close to the Commons, Beacon Hill, Freedom Trail, China Town, and the T. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Great courteous staff that made sure they cleaned when it was convenient for our schedules. No noise problems with the walls or rooms, and great accessibility for the city. Staff is incredible, and the bar in the main lobby is classy and well maintained. Only complaint is the pricing in the in-hotel store, but we should’ve known better (you pay for the convenience haha). Great stay, and will be our future “go-to” hotel.
