The room was small but clean and had everything required; location was great to reach the beach, the Orme tram, and the city center. Parking might be a challenge, but Sue helped with that. The highlight of our stay if two days was the freshly prepared breakfast, with fresh fruit, cereals, all Welsh breakfast items, and a very very attentive and helpful Sue, who runs the place and was pure joy to interact with. Definitely recommend this place!

Had a perfect stay at the Beach House. I was only there for one night but the hotel had everything I needed for such an amazing price. The owner even did us an early breakfast as we were leaving early in the morning. Nothing was too much hassle. The room was clean, bed comfy and the water was hot. It was even in the most perfect position right over the road from the pier and the beach! What else could anyone need! Perfect. Thanks for a lovely albeit brief stay. Would definitely stay again.

We love the Beach House and have stayed many times. Sue is a wonderful host - nothing is too much trouble. A real home from home stay with an amazing breakfast in a morning too. We're back again in December and have also rebooked for next year. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Llandudno ❤️
