Es gibt praktische Parkplätze auf dem Gelände, sodass du dein Auto stehen lassen und in 4 Minuten zu Polzeath Beach oder in 7 Minuten zu Hayle Bay laufen kannst. The property was filthy and poorly maintained. It’s advertised as two king sized beds which neither were and the slats were broken on the main bedroom bed. The garden was unusable and dangerous with dog poo, stinging nettles, rubbish and a falling down shed held together with rope. Garden furniture is unusable and the bbq is tied to the chairs with ripped cover on. Toilet seats stained, mattresses stained. Grime in the shower seals. Dog fur stuck to the kitchen chairs. It needs a lot of work to bring it up to standard. Tv is not smart. Utensils and microwave were dirty and required cleaning before use. There was new curtain rails in the bedrooms just leaning on the wall. We do have photos of all of this. Won’t be going back. However it’s in a great location and the sheets and towels were clean.

The house is great and beautifully designed. The location, to enjoy the best of Polzeath, is fantastic. If I had one criticism it would be the garden. Compared the the rest of the house it is just a bit scruffy (both the garden and the balcony). We couldn’t use the garden very much as the weather wasn’t great but if I was there in the summer I think I’d expect the outside area to be a little tidier - especially if I had younger kids who wanted to play downstairs or eat on the balcony. But genuinely - the house is lovely!

The property doesn't look like much from the front/outside, but really suited our stay. The folding doors which open on to the deck area give the living area a real European feel. The main drawback is the price and the lack of parking. There is one dedicated parking space - in the garage which fits a Fiat 500 but not much more. We were lucky as we were able to use a parking space belonging to a nearby house for both weeks. The house is very well situated for the beach, literally 5 minutes walk.
