Our room was spotless. It was a very large room with a beautiful bathroom.

This was a great hotel! The say was made very pleasant by the wonderful staff. The breakfast the next morning was very nice and cooked to order. High marks!!

Room spotless...staff helpful &lovely vegan breakfast personally not for me would of preferred veg sausage with hash brown alao fresh orange ...bar good friendly staff all round

Lovely room with a kitchen which we didn't expect! We were unfortunately only here for 12 hours as we were up early to climb Snowdon the next morning but we are already planning to stay here next time we go hiking but for longer so we can enjoy the hotel!

If you are expecting a gym or a pass to a gym get ready to be dissapointed it’s false advertising. Not to mention the staff will vary in what they say, I was unfortunate my job was cancelled and I found out on the Tuesday. So informed them immediately and tried to check out earlier. They informed me they can do this, but then later changed their mind due to management. Extremely expensive room prices for what you get. £15 a night car parking, really expensive in the restaurant too. Feeling quite gas lit about the 9.4 rating.
