You will enjoy a private entrance to an apartment in the lower section of our home. It has a queen bed with space for an air bed if needed. The property is next to a city park with many miles of walking/ biking trails . Amenities include microwave,coffee pot,TV, Minifridge, toaster oven, air bed if needed. Patio with barbecue and bistro table . You can access the apartment via the lower yard or by side yard Guests who smoke or vape are required to go to the park next door. Smoke allergens in the home. Located in Clarkston, this apartment is on a river. Nez Perce County Historical Society and Artisans at the Dahmen Barn are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Basalt Cellars Winery and Red Wolf Golf Club. Discover the area's water adventures with kayaking nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking and cycling.

It was perfectly suited for what we needed. The host was very nice & helpful for the couple requests we had. There were thoughtful amenities (snacks, toothbrush & toothpaste, coffee pods, a well-stocked utensil drawer, extra blanket) which we really appreciated & some of it we utilized! We would definitely try to book there again when we return to Clarkston.

The room was clean the hosts were super nice. There was a nice variety of snacks left in the room. It didn't feel very private to me. We could hear the footsteps from the home above and sometimes them talking. The room is really only suitable for 2 people (the listing says max 3), and it's a bit tight for just 2. The bed (I know mattress comfort is subjective), but you can see just by looking at the made bed, the dips on each side where respective people sleep. It could stand to be replaced or at least a topper added to make it a bit more comfortable. This is a basement room, and there is a pump attached to the pipes in the bathroom that is quite loud when you run the water or flush the toilet. My only other issue was with the shower head. It's a rainwater type one. I know some people like these and I think they're water savers, but there's no water pressure to speak of, which makes hair washing and rinsing (for those of us with longer hair) a challenge. Overall, I gave it a good rating. It is located right on the river, and you have use of the yard, if you want to sit out and watch the water. It is also located right next to a very nice park, and it's not a long distance to stores, restaurants etc.

Hosts were amazing! Lots of goodies and fresh pumpkin bread! Bed very comfortable! View of the river is beautiful! Check in and out process was super easy.

The room was nice but small. It is a basement room so there is a full set of stairs to go up and down. Because it is in the basement the toilet has a pump on it that runs any time you flush or run water in the sink or shower. It has an odd smell because of it. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. It's in a good location to get to Lewiston or anywhere in Clarkston. It's right next to a nice park with nice restrooms and picnic and play ground equipment.

Perfect stay for one or two people! The place was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed—and more. The host was incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. The view was spectacular, and the location couldn’t have been better. There is a park right next door and food and shopping just down the street. We were very pleased with our stay and would absolutely come back!
