I’ll start with the cons. There were flies in my room, hair as well as blood and hair in the bathroom of my sisters room, and the rooms are arranged in a way that everyone can see into everyone’s room. Pros; EVERYTHING ELSE! the staff is amazing helpful and attentive. The drinks and food at hotel delicious. The greatest bonus being the aquarium, rope course, the wheel, a huge koi pond and 3 restaurants right behind it! My favorite favorite part is the historic background of the hotel. Being a former train station, there were many displays and plaques boosting about the glory days of the station. The architecture alone was worth the stay. Definitely recommend staying here however I’d spring for the higher priced room options were I to return

Our stay was phenomenal. The hotel itself was clean, elegant, and beautifully decorated. The property surrounding was just fun. There were great restaurants and activities and it was walking distance to several major attractions including Enterprise Center. Highly recommend.

Great location for events at the Enterprise Center. The hotel is beautiful and historic, staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Restaurants on site were also very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and we enjoyed our room and the bed but be aware that on the weekend you're not going to be able to use the main hotel facilities because they're going to have rented it out to a wedding. Don't plan on being able to spend any time with that main lobby space that you see in the photos. (Or really anywhere for a couple of people to sit down and talk.) It'll be closed. We had future reservations for the end of October that will be canceling

Unexpected cost for parking ($44 overnight, or $50 valet), tv didn’t work consistently (poor wifi connection?), and there was poor signage to know where to go to check in due to a wedding taking place and blocking areas off.
