When arriving we got sent to a room outside the building that was in a basement. At nighttime the people above were so loud and woke my children up. The breakfast gave my son an upset belly. Would not stay again. I emailed them and denying a refund. My son moved the bed and found rubbish on the floor got to about 11 at night but the kids fell asleep was debating driving home. Would not stay again nor would I recommend

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and tidy even with children around. We had the breakfast both mornings we stayed and definitely recommend it. The hotel is set for families and can be a bit noisy at times. We had a problem with noise from the lounge bar, we was pre-warned by the hotel, but when in our room, it seemed louder, so be aware. Overall the hotel is great with good staff ready to help.

The breakfast was excellent and the activities for up to 12,s was excellent. The bar an coffee bar was excellent. The only thing that let it down the cleaning it was not quiet up to my standards,a bit dusty in the corridors an the games room. But over all we had a brilliant few days.
