It has 50m2, divided into a large living-dining room, the main room of this accommodation, which is equipped with a table and chairs, a television and a sofa bed, where two guests can be accommodated. This living-dining room with its large windows that flood this room with Mediterranean sunlight, gives access to the pleasant terrace, possibly one of the greatest attractions of the apartment, a 9m2 terrace with furniture, to enjoy the excellent views of the Ribera beach, the coming and going of people walking along the Ribera promenade. A fully equipped kitchen so that our guests can prepare their favorite dishes. A double room with a wardrobe and a window that gives access to the pleasant terrace.
