I cannot recommend this hotel LESS! The best thing I can say is it was quiet at night. The bed was horrible. By the 4th night I decided to consider it a hammock and got some sleep. I prefer to have bathroom counter space for my toiletries instead of just the back of the toilet tank. The breakfast was the worst collection of pre-packaged crap I have ever seen. The coffee was like dirty dishwater. The second morning I knew better than to go down for breakfast and stayed in the room. Apparently the housekeeping staff didn't like that and vacuumed outside my door for 10 minutes continuously while banging my door. It was the cleanest area in the building. The last morning I accidentally checked out and left my jewelry in the nightstand drawer. I called from my friend's house as soon as I noticed. The desk clerk told me the housekeeping staff found everything EXCEPT my gold and diamond wedding ring. Of course it was the thing of most value. When I told the desk clerk that I had left everything together he told me the staff was honest. My only recourse was to file a police report. I know it's my fault for leaving them, but I am going to blame the guy who sat around on the couches in the hallway who was wearing the black mask. He never made eye contact with any of the guests. The fact that I paid double price for the room because of the convention in town was salt in the wound. Stay anywhere else!

Always happy to visit the Queen Anne! My kids especially love the board games in the parlor. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Be warned - It does not have air conditioning. We did not know. The first night was rough but opening the windows help.

They must rent their worst rooms to companies like hotels.com They put us in a tiny corner room that must have been a converted broom closet with less square footage than advertised, a sloping ceiling and uneven floors. We complained so they moved us to the second worst room right across the hall. I messaged them and asked for a room close to the door, because of my bad knees, yet they put us on the top floor furthest from entry and any amenities.

We and our guests all had Amazing stays at the Queen Anne. The rooms were just lovely and the staff, especially Michael and John were so helpful and sweet. We all enjoyed the Breakfasts and coffee too. Parking right across the street was very helpful. And very short walks to markets and restaurants were super convenient, especially on our late nights. We definitely recommend the Queen Anne Hotel.

What an amazingly beautiful hotel. Anytime I go to the Fillmore I will definitely stay there.
