The Plaza Beach Hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The por pretty is very nice. The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are a bit dated, but hey have everything you need. The breakfast and dinner buffets are very good with many options, including vegetarian. The beach is beautiful.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and the location and customer service is absolutely excellent. They could not do enough for us to be honest wonderful staff smiling and. Always there to help. Please do not go by cosmetic photos or outlook the rooms are clean with amenities and towels changed everyday. I cannot fault the hotel and we will book again

Looks like the property has seen better days. In dire need of remodel. Asked for ice to cool our drinks, therere was none. Booked for 3 seaview rooms but offered garden view. Not sure how to get the difference back. Staff advised i speak with Expedia.

This hotel is very simple and pleasant. The staff is amazing friendly and accommodating, always available to help. The beach is nice and very safe. The pool is always clean, the rooms are spotless and there are mostly Kenyans staying there so it doesn’t have a “touristy” feel. I highly recommend it!
