We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Filipina staff member who assisted us was very kind, friendly, and helpful. The parking area was also well-organised and convenient. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend this place to other travellers. Thank you for the great service!

Nice clean accomodation. Better for 2 adults thsn 4, as the actual.bed is really comfortable and as usual the sofabed is better for 1 adult than 2 , but would be fine with kids.

Good clean room and beds, etc. Comfortable enough bed for bunk beds. Room heated up quickly with small fixed heater. Limited parking spots around the property but front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with finding and showing me alternative parking spots to use on-site when the regular marked spaces were full. Only negative was the wifi was not working in the building I was accommodated in during my stay, although I was able to access it while in the reception area. Location a short walk into town.

My sister and I shared Spike 1 and 2, which was perfect for being in Queenstown for 4 nights. It's a really nice unit, and it had everything we needed, and it was easy enough to keep the place warm (which is not a given in NZ in July). It was close enough to downtown that we just walked there. We really loved our time there. The only downside is that the WiFi kept dropping, and there was a morning where it just wasn't working, so this might not be the best option for someone who needs a reliable internet connection.
