A little tired but rooms were clean and comfortable. Seemed very family friendly - lots of kids enjoying the beach pool. Great location close to everything Palm Cove has to offer.

We booked the room through Expedia but didnt get what we booked and the Hotel didnt except this. The room and resort is tired and needs renovation/redecorating. Our room wasnt that clean. No proper bar and only a restaurant bar but not Sunday and Mondays, no proper bar lounge. The pool bar shuts around 6pm and the drinks selection is very poor. we had a happy hour cocktail that was horrible and undrinkable. No lift anywhere which is a pain especially when moving suitcases. The booking wasnt cheap and we expected more

Everything was outstanding however other people hogging the pool loungers was very annoying.
